澤維爾·多蘭計(jì)劃將米歇爾·馬克·布沙爾編劇的舞臺(tái)劇《勞里爾·高德羅蘇醒之夜》(La nuit où Laurier Gaudreault s’est réveillé，暫譯)改編為一套限定劇，多蘭將身兼導(dǎo)演與編劇為一身。原版舞臺(tái)劇圍繞著國(guó)際死亡學(xué)家梅里耶展開(kāi)，她回到家鄉(xiāng)為母親的遺體做防腐處理。而這也成為她與家人團(tuán)聚的契機(jī)。通過(guò)角色之間輕松和痛苦混雜的交流，觀眾可以發(fā)現(xiàn)梅里耶幼時(shí)喜歡在夜晚亂跑到別人家中，去看人們?nèi)胨?。但?dāng)一天晚上，她潛入到勞里爾·高德羅的家中時(shí)，女孩目睹了一場(chǎng)意外，這也把她的生活變成謊言和罪惡的深淵。該劇在去年5月公演，收獲了劇評(píng)家的大量好評(píng)。該限定劇有可能會(huì)在Netflix播出。而早在2013年，多蘭就曾把布沙爾2011年的舞臺(tái)劇改編為同名影片[湯姆的農(nóng)場(chǎng)旅行]。
