比阿特麗斯是一個胡話連篇的人，自稱是一個與世界各國的大咖有密切往來并有億萬財產(chǎn)的伯爵夫人。唐納特拉是一個安靜的紋有紋身的女人，禁錮在自己的神秘里無法自拔。她們都是精神病人，在精神病院里遭受軟禁。
保羅維爾奇這部新片講述了她們之間出乎意料的友誼，和在逃離精神病院的冒險過程中這兩個瘋子不斷在這個露天的所謂正常人的世界里尋求樂趣和愛的故事
